The 16 Foods To Avoid And Eat On An Empty Belly

Breakfast is the best meal for the whole day and many people lack knowledge in using this meal to their benefit. Some foods seem healthy, but cannot be eaten for breakfast. See the lists below.

Sugar juices- these juices have refined sugars and make sugar spikes so you end up more hungry than in the start and crave more.
