For centuries so far, oregano was used as amazing spice and natural cure for some health issues. Oregano has many nutrients like quercetin, luteolin-7-0 glucose, eriocitrin, apigenin-7-0 glucose, luteolin and more.

The oregano tea for sinuses, throat and infections
- 6 tnsp fresh leaves of oregano
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 and ½ cups water
Cut the leaves and get their oils. Boil water and after 10 min, add the leaves to cook for 5 min. strain the tea and add honey. Have it hot for better results.
