A Man Beat Diabetes – Medicine Free!

A man got a diagnosis of hypertension and diabetes back in 2011, but he made a major change in his life to overcome this!

This result meant he had to be hooked on insulin and meds for hypertension, but he decided to go natural and remove these meds.

He started eating raw foods, veggies and fruits and became healthy again.

4 and ½ years ago, he had awful thirst and wanted to see his doctor for this. The doctor told him he had elevated blood sugar of 29.0 mmol/L and the pancreas  did not work anymore. So, he had to start using insulin.

At first, this man took the insulin daily and was active again, but with time this illness got worse. The triglyceride levels got to 16 and pressure to 150/100 so all the meds just damaged him more and more.

Thus, on New Year’s Eve, 2013, he made a resolution to cure himself.

On The Edge of Science show, he saw an episode of a man, Dr. John Zirdum that ate just RAW food for 12 years in a row. This was a turnover; he bought a blender and started this regime too.

For the first 7 days this was awful and he craved many foods, but anyway he kept his promise to himself and with time, the sugar level got to 5.0 mmol/L.

He was in no need for the insulin. The checkups were again regular and the therapy was plan B in case the natural one failed. He even lost weight, in 25 days – 22 lbs!

For the next 90 days, he changed completely. The pressure was 120/60, insulin was out of the picture and triglycerides were 1.4, while the weight loss more than 40 lbs.

All of this with NO MEDS!

He continued with this lifestyle and tried many smoothies and juices.

But his favorite is:

  • 5 kiwis
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 apples
  • Kale, handful
  • ½ liter water

Method:

Add everything in a blender and mix well.

Usage:

Have ½ liter of this before eating, every morning and the rest – sip it through the day.

If you feel craving hunger, have fruit, salad, tuna…all rich in vitamin B12. This makes you feel full and the brain and stomach are given nutrients.
