All of us have heard about the beneficial consuming of yogurt.
It is rich with good bacteria and that is just one reason to consider it in the diet.
But how to make it?
Not just the bacteria, yogurt is good for other reasons too, like:

- Less hypertension
- Prevention to osteoporosis because of vitamin D and calcium in it
Yes, it is easy to buy it in the market, but what about making it? You can do it and will be surprised how simple it is to make it. This DIY one is better in the taste and has no chemicals or preservatives, it is cheaper and eco-friendly. You have everything in the kitchen maybe and if not, it is cheap to get it.
- ¼ liter raw milk
- 2 tbso yoghurt with NO sugar
- Wire whisk
- Heating pad
- Mason jar
Gather everything and start preparing.
Get the milk and put it in a pan to boil a bit. When it is hot, put it in the jar and let cool down. Measure the temperature. Then when it is 110 F add the yoghurt in this jar. Stir and close it, then put the towel to wrap the jar with the heat pad in it. After 10 hours the pad will work its magic but still keep the wrap. Then, after 10 hours refrigerate the jar for the night.
In the morning the yoghurt is ready to be consumed. For a special flavor add fruits or spices but not sugar. And consider; goat milk is the best if you do not want cow milk.
