It is called a vitamin salad and is made of veggies and leafy greens that have a bunch of pectin, fiber, minerals and vitamins. This is a low calorie recipe and great for fat removal too.
- Dark leafy veggies
- Lemon juice
Grate the cabbage and carrot and beet. Ratio is 3:1:1.
Spice it up if you want, add dill, parsley or celery. Mash these nice to release veggie juice. Add the lemon and if you like some garlic cloves.
Then add oil like olive or linseed.
Avoid adding salt, but if you have to make it just a little bit. The nutrition of this salad is amazing and it is low in calories.
Avoid sauerkraut and cabbage if you have lack of gastric acids.
