Smokers and non smokers both have lung issues.
One thing is certain, the smokers have more damaged lungs than non smokers. First, stop that habit but until then cleanse the lungs. This recipe is effective and easy to do.
Experts found that people smokers longer than 5 years have more often bronchitis.
- 400 g clean and cut onions
- Turmeric 2 tsp
- 1 liter water
- 400 g brown sugar
- Ginger root, small piece
In a big pot let the water boil and sugar melt. Now, add the onion and ginger and in the end the turmeric and ginger again, but grated. When this mix boils, lower the heat. Let it cool and refrigerate.
Drink before breakfast and at night, 2 hours after the meal.
For even more effective result, do workouts too.
If you can, enjoy a nice bath only for 20 minutes. This way toxins get out of the body more easily, and incorporate some inhalers with eucalyptus too.
