Before Bed, Boil Bananas And Sip The Liquid

Surely we all have insomnia now and then and struggle with it. Our minds are restless and we distract ourselves woken up. Many try to fall asleep and fail since their patterns are distorted or take medical additives that are all chemicals.

But, nature has a cure for this if you are willing to try it.

Depression, stress and anxiety make sleeping impossible. If you think a lot you will surely not sleep. Some meds help with this, like antihistamines, blood and heart pills and insomnia pills. But they will make you addicted or run to the bathroom at night.

Banana tea is the cure

This natural, organic and tasty banana drink will make you sleep like a baby. The peel has potassium and magnesium and this last one fights insomnia, while potassium relaxes muscles. It has to be organic fruit though, since you don’t need pesticides.

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon dash
  • 1 pot water

Preparing:

Cut the banana ends and put them with the peel in boiling water. After 10 minutes, put the water in a mug and use colander. Add cinnamon by taste and also eat the warm fruit. Do this 1 hour before bed to be soothed in time.

Sleeping pills are the worst and here is why

They are only helping for the moment, not long term. They are basically drugs that force sleep and disrupt natural patterns and they are called sedatives or hypnotics.
