This recipe comes from the Russian Victoria Semjonova who is an expert in natural treatments and healings. It is made from ingredients that are loaded with vitamins and antioxidants and are soothing for the digestive organs.

Make this drink 3 times per day before eating a meal and get 100-150 ml.
- Pound carrots
- Pound beetroot
- Dry apricots handful
- Raisins handful
- Honey 1 tbsp
