This is an awesome way to lose weight and have military discipline and regime. It is known as the Military Diet. The rules for it are strict and sharp, but yet you get a few flexible moments! However, the results are excellent!
Day 1:
Breakfast: one toast slice, 2 tbsp peanut butter and ½ grapefruit + coffee or tea
Lunch: coffee or tea, ½ cup tuna, 1 slice toast
Dinner: 3 oz meat, ½ banana, 1 cup green beans, 1 cup ice cream vanilla
Day 2:
Breakfast: 1 slice toast, 1 egg, ½ banana
Lunch: 1 hard boiled egg, 1 cup cottage cheese, 5 saltine crackers
Dinner: 2 hotdogs NO bun, ½ cup carrots, 1 cup broccoli, ½ banana, ½ cup vanilla ice cream
Day 3:
Breakfast: 1 slice cheddar cheers, 1 apple, 5 saltines crackers
Lunch: 1 slice toast, 1 egg
Dinner: ½ cup tuna, ½ banana, 1 cup ice cream vanilla
Remember! Strictly follow these rules and never skip or add more than you see on the list! It is only 3 days after all! You can sometimes switch lentils and meat or swap fruits but try not to. Do not add anything else, even if it is something healthy! Also, this diet revs up the metabolism quickly and gives a lot of energy. Also, workout during these days!
