This coconut kefir water offers a bunch of minerals, vitamins and electrolytes. Also a lot of folates, vitamin K, C, A, E and B6, beta-carotene, Riboflavin, Niacin, and pantothenic acid too.
This is a probiotic drink full of health in a glass, and it is better than regular kefir too because it doesn’t have the casein or lactose as kefir does, and these ingredients are the ones that cause problems in digestion of dairy products and foods.
So, this drink helps with absorbing nutrients and improving the digestive tract functioning overall.

This water with coconut and kefir can be made in 3 ways separately: with kefir grains, with kefir for starters and kefir starter culture also. But, the most cheap and economic way is with kefir grains (milk kefir grain or water)
5 tbsp water kefir grains
7 cups coconut water, fresh
1 Ceylon cinnamon stick
Get the water and pour it in ½ gallon of a jar, add the kefir grains and tighten the lid loosely. Leave it that way for two whole days, 48 hours, and NO LONGER. The more it ferments the more chances there are of exploding.
When it ferments, the color gets lighter and when the whole procedure comes to an end, the kefir grains get higher, rise up to the very top. After this, remove the grains and re-use them for another dosage, but only right away.
